My TOP Recommended Books to Read for Self-Development

If you’re obsessed with growth as much as I am, you’ve no doubt read your fair share of self-development books. That’s why I’d like to share with you a list of recommended books to read that have changed my life. These are the books that have been most influential in my journey to self-development and I hope they can help you too.

Disclaimer: Please read this before continuing on to the list I’ve compiled below.

  • I’ve read a lot of books on self-development, but I’m by no means an expert when it comes to this area. I can’t promise that you’ll find all the answers you’re looking for in the books I’ve recommended.

  • This list is based on my personal experience and what’s worked best for me, which means it might not work as well for you.

  • I have personally read all of the books I’ve listed below, but that doesn’t mean they’ll all resonate with you. Some of these books might be a waste of your time and money while others will change your life forever.

  • I’ve also tried to make this list as diverse and inclusive as possible, so you’ll find a range of books from different genres, authors, and publishers.

  • This list is a work in progress, so I’ll keep updating it as I read more great books.

  • The final thing I want to say is that the books I’ve recommended are in no particular order. They’re all equally important and valuable, so please don’t think of this list as a ranking system.

Sheila is a civil engineer by profession but has switched careers to become a copywriter. She loves making sales through stories that are relatable to the average person. She's also a sucker for memes and thinks she’s the funniest person in the world (even though she knows that’s not true). Her favorite drink is Kopiko Brown coffee, but she'll also take tea or beer if it's offered.
